Excellent article and very timely - especially with all of the eating during these holiday! I did a cleanse for 15 days and it was one of the best experiences of my life. My sense of smell improved dramatically.... actually, I'm not going to spend the time going through all of the virtues of it. But if you haven't tried it, try it! You'll love it. And yes, it's quite a challenge! But how great does it feel to accomplish and overcome a challenge?! Well, multiply that a bunch of times when doing the master cleanse. Just a quick plug... my son's friend made a Master Cleanse iphone app that I used for it and I've got to say, he did a great job with it. It's based off Stanley Burrough's book written in '41 and it gave me a graph of the weight I was losing everyday, which was nice.
